Chromatin tracing of SOX9 locus in wild type H9 hESCs, differentiated to cranial neural crest cells. 52 sequential steps (steps #7-58 of the oligopaint library targeting the 4-Mb SOX9 locus) spaced 50 kb (each spot is 5 kb), 2.6 Mb in total. Imaged together with the delta-CTCF (E1.35 and promoter) conditions. Replicate 1 of 2.
