ChIP-seq analysis for this dataset

Because of the nature of these experiments targeting very limited regions of induced damaged DNA the standard ChIP-seq analysis pipeline was unable to run on this dataset. The raw fastq files of the generated reads are provided. Please refer to the associated publication and contact the Ha lab if you need additional information.
