35 RNAs (mouse) targeted by oligo probe library (with Alexa Fluor 647-labeled imaging oligos)

RNA seqFISH of 35 cellular RNAs in the 633-nm channel: RNA-binding primary probes are hybridized first, followed by 35 rounds of sequential imaging. This is performed prior to the DNA seqFISH+ imaging.
