1193 loci (mouse) targeted by oligo probe library (with Cy3B-labeled imaging oligos)

DNA seqFISH+ on 1193 loci in the 561-nm channel. Together with the 633-nm channel, a total of 2460 loci approximately 1-Mb apart are imaged. In each round of barcoding, 16 rounds of serial hybridizations are performed. Each locus is imaged once per barcoding round. In 5 barcoding rounds (80 rounds of hybridizations in total) each locus is imaged 5 times and the identity of all loci can be decoded.
