Sequential DNA FISH of 14 loci in the Alexa Fluor 647 channel. Together with the ATTO 565 channel, a total of 28 consecutive loci at 30-kb resolution in a closed chromatin region of chrX (chrX:8360000-9200000, GRCh38) is imaged by sequential hybridization of fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos complementary to primary oligo probes.
