Sequential DNA FISH in the Alexa Fluor 750 channel. A ~2.2 Mb region on chr6 that includes chr6 locus is imaged. Primary oligo probes binding 76 consecutive 30-kb loci are targeted by sequential hybridization of complementary readout oligos, labelled with fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos.
