Together with the ATTO 565 channel, a total of 28 consecutive loci at 30-kb resolution in a region of chrX (chrX:77657854-78497854, GRCh38) is imaged by sequential hybridization of fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos complementary to primary oligo probes.
