Sequential DNA FISH of 44 loci in the 750-nm channel. Together with the 647-nm channel, a total of 83 consecutive 30-kb loci in a 2.5-Mb region on chromosome 21 (Chr21:34.6Mb-37.1Mb) are imaged by sequential hybridization of readout oligos complementary to primary oligo probes and labelled with fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos.
