1200 loci from 20 regions at 25-kb resolution (mouse) targeted by oligo probe library (with Alexa Fluor 488-labeled imaging oligos)

DNA seqFISH+ in the 488-nm channel on 20 groups of 60 consecutive genomic regions (1200 loci in total) at 25-kb resolution, one group for each chromosome. Consecutive regions are imaged sequentially in hybridization rounds 1-60, in parallel for each chromosome. In rounds 61-80 each group is imaged separately, to assign chromosomal identity to the loci imaged earlier.
