TSA-seq Experiment with Biased Input Mapping
WARNING:This experiment displays biased input mapping.
"Biased input" refers to input data sets that show unexpectedly large variations in read count over large chromosome domains that correlate with GC content as well as LAD/inter-LADs and early versus late DNA replication domains. They appear to be related to PCR bias during library construction. Input profiles typically are very similar from the same cell line between different experiments. TSA-Seq scores computed using input data from other experiments from the same cell line typically produce TSA-Seq scores significantly closer to TSA-Seq scores from replicate data sets which do not have biased input.
