RNA-seq of degron cells synchronized by 20 µM Lovastatin (Mevinolin; Catalog #M1687, LKT Laboratories) for 24 hours. Relaeased with 2 mM Mevalonic acid (Mevalonolactone; Catalog #M4667, Millipore-Sigma) and 2 mM Thymidine (Catalog #T9250, Millipore-Sigma) and DMSO/Auxin treated for 16 hours.
