Genome-wide chromatin imaging by DNA-MERFISH of 2000 loci in mouse visual cortex of Mecp2 heteozygous knock-out mice, together with RNA-MERFISH of 240 gene transcripts, Biological replicate 2, Technical replicate 1. Fluorophore cleavage and photobleaching (for DNA-MERFISH) used as extinguishing method for the experiment.
