Condition test for CTCF in situ ChIA-PET on GM12878 cells, biological replicate 1, condition 1: 0.55% SDS solution with PI, incubate the tube at RT for 10 mins, 62ºC for 10 mins, followed by 37ºC for 10mins (Step 4 in protocol).
