ExperimentType Droplet paired-tag

Droplet Paired-Tag is a method to parallelly produce high-quality single-cell joint profiles of transcriptomes and histone modifications. This method is a modification from the indexing-based paired tag protocol to include the adaption of a commercial microfluidic platform (10X Chromium). The new method offers faster molecular barcoding, library preparation and improved performance.
