Multiplexed FISH in HEK293T reporter cell line treated with doxycyline for 5 days causing reporter gene silencing followed by doxycycline wash-out for 22 days where reporter gene expression remains irreverisbly silenced, originally caused by 5-day recruitment of DNMT3B (control and experiment relationships are described in detailed in 4DNFIWQ9QBOB supplementary file).
