Late fraction S-phase Repliseq on HFFc6 Tier 1 cells. This Dataset consisting of Bioreplicates 3 and 4 is gold standard based on FACs profile and should be used in preference to the analagous dataset 4DNESJPG5AS9 consisting of Replicates 1 and 2. All cells were grown in a single culture and split into 2 batches prior to BrdU labeling and FACs sorting
