Optical Reconstruction of Chromatin Architecture (ORCA) of a 130-kb regulatory region of the bithorax complex (BX-C) spanning abd-A to Abd-B at 2-kb steps in Fab-7 mutant fly embryos. Additionally, 29 mRNA and nascent RNA species are detected by sequential RNA FISH.
