TBX5 ChIP-seq on wild-type WTC-11 iPSC cells differentiated for 11 days to atrial cardiac myocytes - the pulldown was done using an engineered TAP-tagged TBX5 and pulldown of the biotinylated protein with Streptavidin beads.
