Optical Reconstruction of Chromatin Architecture (ORCA) of the 330-kb region of the bithorax complex (BX-C) at 3-kb steps in wild type fly embryos. Additionally, 29 mRNA and nascent RNA species are detected by sequential RNA FISH.
