ExperimentSetReplicate

Replicate Set of sciHi-C on H1-ESC cells - this Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on a pure H1-ESC culture (Bio replicate 1) and a pooled mixture of H1-ESC cells and HFFc6 cells (Bio replicate 2). Bioreplicate 2 raw files will contain reads from both cell types. Barcode information needs to used to obtain line specific reads. Processed files for this set will be specific to H1-ESC cells.
