This Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on pooled mixtures of WTC-11 and NIH3T3 cells with 3.5% PF fixation. And raw files will contain reads from multiple cell types. Barcode information needs to used to obtain line specific reads. Processed files for this set will be specific to WTC-11 cells.
