Early fraction S-phase Repliseq on H1-hESC Tier 1 cells - cells were grown, BrdU labeled and FACS sorted in 2 independent batches; NOTE that additional fastq files have been added to the Bioreplicate 2 experiments in this Dataset on Jan. 15, 2018 to increase the number of reads in those experiments.
