Replicate Set of sciHi-C on ES_Tsix-stop cells Timecourse #2 - day 0 of embryoid body differentiation - this Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on pooled mixtures of ES_Tsix-stop cells undergoing differentiation to embryoid bodies. Cells are harvested on specific days over the time course of differentiation. The raw files linked to the experiments in this set will contain reads from multiple time points and barcode information needs to used to obtain cell specific reads - see details in the experiment descriptions. Processed files for this set will be specific to day 0 (undifferentiated) cells.
