Replicate Set of sciHi-C on HAP-1 cells - this Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on a pooled mixtures of IMR90 and HAP-1 cells and raw files will contain reads from both cell types. Barcode information needs to used to obtain line specific reads. Processed files for this set will be specific to HAP-1 cells.
