Analysis of human Embryonic Stem Cells (H1) and Definitive Endoderm (DE) Markers for 02/13/18 CUT & RUN Experiment. (A) Immuno-staining confirms that following 5 days of DE differentiation Oct4 is downregulated in DE cells relative to H1 cells, (B & C) and FoxA2 and Sox17 are upregulated at the protein level. Phalloidin (Phall) marks the cell cortex, and DAPI marks the nucleus in the overlayed images. (D) qPCR analysis confirms that following 5 days of DE differentiation Oct4 is downregulate and FoxA2 and Sox17 are upregulated in DE cells relative to H1 cells at the mRNA level.
