RPE1 cells synchonized in G1 phase by mitotic shake-off, and followed by 12 hour treatment with 50 ng/mL nocodazole (Cat No. M1404, Millipore-Sigma). The cells were then treated with indicated drug for 4 hours prior to fixation.
