Description 
Patski cells are cultured in DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) with 10% FBS and 1% penicillin/streptomycin. To induce DNA demethylation a 48h treatment using 4µM 5-aza-2’-deoxycytidine (5-aza-2dC) was used, followed by a 24h recovery period.
