An hdf5 file containing feature-barcode matrices generated by the 10X genomics cell ranger pipeline. Each element of the matrix is the number of UMIs associated with a feature (row) and a barcode (column). The matrices provided have been filtered to remove background and contain only detected cell associated barcodes.
